Doctor:How can I help you ?
User:hello doctor. so i am a university student and i have been through this situation before. so sometimes when i am stressed (and i don't notice that i am stressed) i feel short of breath and feel my stomach tight. i know that it is due to stress but sometimes my stress is unconscious .is there something i can do with that? i put my hand in my stomach and i breathe normally. Also , i noticed this when i am studying and i have it now. i feel sharp pains in my brain/head
User:and i feel my head really tight
Doctor:May I know your age and gender ?
User:i am 20 years old and female
User:my blood tests are fine and as far as i know i am healthy
Doctor:Ok, is there any relation between the symptoms you have and the monthly menstrual cycles ?
User:no i have normal menstrual cycles. i had my last menstruation a week ago and it was on the normal days
Doctor:Ok, do you get palpitations when you get above symptoms ?
Doctor:ok, is the headache associate with nausea ?
User:and my hands shake when i feel short of breath but it is because i feel scared. the pain on my head is not associated with my shortness of breath because i had it even when i was not stressed having those breath problems
User:and i dont have a head injury. i am 100% sure about it
Doctor:ok, i see it to be due to lone stress but not associated with any systemic diseases, the best treatment for such a problem is breathing exercises
User:but when i have the "brain" pain i feel my head really tight. i had the pain half an hour ago it was just for a second and now i feel my head so tense
User:what can i do
Doctor:Breathing exercises like PRANAYAMA ( Indian origin )
Doctor:along with yoga
Doctor:It is the best and very effective natural measure for such stress related nervousness
User:are we sure that it is not a problem related to neurological factors?
Doctor:No, neurological problems most of times are not associated with palpitations instead will be associated with symptoms related to memory , bowel bladder control
User:so there is no need to take an axonic tomography
Doctor:No , as for now
Doctor:If you develop any symptoms in autonomic nervous system there may be a need\
User:such as?
Doctor:bowel bladder discturbances , excessive sweating , G I disturbences , Memory impairment , defect in body balance etc\
