User :   hello
User :   hi thank u for your time
Doctor :   How can i help you ?
User :   I've been sick for over a year and have had a lot of tests done, and nothing has shown, but I still feel sick, weak allover, no real energy, and sleep disturbance
Doctor :   May i know you age , gender and occupation ?
User :   40 yr old female, I dont work anymore, I quit 2 yrs ago
Doctor :   Are you stressed ?
User :   I used to have alot yes, still some but just normal things these days, but my past was much worse
Doctor :   May i know your weight and height ?
User :   Well before all this started I was 5ft 3in and weighed 115. But then all this hit and I just stopped eating because I became very scared I was dying and just lost a lot of weight, I got down to 86 pounds but am back up to 97 pounds now
Doctor :   97 lbs is less to that height , you are underweight
Doctor :   also you are in stress due to your illness which can make it worse
User :   well like I said, I have managed to put 11 lbs back on, but it is really a long process for me to gain weight once I lose it, I've had issues my whole life with being thin, but not by choice
User :   I'm eating alot better now and the weight is slowly coming back
User :   but not my energy at all
Doctor :   Are you on Multivitamins ?

User :   I hate to sound like a health anxiety case but I really do worry they have missed something
Doctor :   Do you menstruate ?
User :   yes
User :   my periods have been horrible since my c section 2 years ago
Doctor :   Are your periods regular ?
User :   regular yes
Doctor :   as the symptoms you have can be a part of perimenopause
Doctor :   due to low estrogen levels
User :   what can I do about it
Doctor :   Have you got your hormone levels done ?
User :   no, my obgyn didnt think I needed them checked, LOL
User :   thats probably the only thing that hasnt been tested
Doctor :   ask your Gynecologist for the same
Doctor :   and if its confirmed there is treatment with calcium and hormone replacement where you can feel better
User :   should I be taking extra calcium now
Doctor :   yes, that is one common deficiency seen in perimenopausal women , leading to joint pains and weakness
User :   yeah I definately have that
User :   what about the problem I am having at night
User :   with my sleeping
Doctor :   thats due to either hot flushes and mood disturbances due to low estrogen
Doctor :   also sleep cycle is disturbed due to low estrogen levels in some
User :   do u know what sleep issues I'm having, it always happens when I'm first dosing off and I will jolt awake and be short of breath, and sometimes this happens 5 or 6 times before I finally get to sleep then it doesnt happen the rest of the night, but I feel exhausted in the morning
User :   and my chest hurts really bad when it happens as well
Doctor :   ok, have you got ECG done ?
User :   is that for the heart??
Doctor :   yes,
User :   I did at the emergency room about 6 months ago, it was fine
Doctor :   well repeat it when you go for gynecologist
Doctor :   if the ecg turns normal this time then no need to worry about that problem
User :   could my heart be causing that
Doctor :   An ECG can answer this
User :   ok but is it something that can wait till my gyno appt?? Or should it be checked now, I dont want to die in my sleep, LOL
Doctor :   do not worry , its not emergency
User :   Ok good
User :   let me ask you this
User :   can anxiety make me feel this exhausted every day
User :   even if I dont feel that anxious
