Doctor:Please go ahead with your medical query
User:Hello XXXXX
User:I have a problem.. just below the waist line I feel a pain
User:on the right hand side
User:its a pain which I don't feel when am walking, sitting or lying down
User:I feel it when I bend and I feel as if something is coming in between my stomach and leg when I bend down
User:and feel the pain
User:When touched in and around areas I find nothing
Doctor:How long you had this problem?
Doctor:Was it all of a sudden or gradual?
Doctor:What is your age, gender?
User:may be two months
User:yes all of a sudden
User:Male , 31
Doctor:Did you see a doctor or take any medicine?
Doctor:What is the severity of pain over a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the least and 10 the highest
User:I visited one doctor from Fortis, he did sonography and told possible inguinal hernia on the left side, but I feel this pain on right.. To be noticed
User:For second opinion I consulted a doctor from XXXXXXX hospital, he told this might be because of gas
User:and he prescribed a tablet for gas
Doctor:Did it help?
User:Initially I had pain just above the P area, which gradually reduced after taking the medicine but immediately after the sonography a week after I feel this new pain on the right hand side below waist line
User:you there
Doctor:Did the tablet of gas help you?
Doctor:I mean the rt side pain?
User:Right side was not there initially.. It got started only after the sonography a week later
Doctor:The problem that you mention is not specific to any disease. If the ultrasound could not find any pathology I would go with the second doctor opinion
Doctor:I would still suggest you to go ahead with dyspepsia therapy (gas)
Doctor:It seem that the pain is not severe and bearable
User:yes yes very much... I only feel if I bend down forward
Doctor:Do not use any pain killers like brufen, diclofenac etc
Doctor:Just carry on with the gas medication that the doctor prescribed you earlier
Doctor:i think at this stage any physician would not be able to add value to the diagnosis
Doctor:It does not sound worrisome
User:am facing one more problem from last may be three days.. Might be if these are related
Doctor:pl go ahead
User:After I finish urinating, I immediately feel as if some more is left out and when I try again, sometimes little sometimes not but feel like as if its coming out
Doctor:yeah some part of the urine leaves behind because of the tortuous nature of the urethra, better to put down the pants and urinate
Doctor:The same symptom can come up in ureteral stones
Doctor:but then the pain increases while urination
Doctor:If in doubt your physician should get the CT scan abdomen
Doctor:Ultrasound is a poor test for stones
User:Yes last time I did the CT scan for abdomen & pelvis
User:two months back
Doctor:You are revealing the facts one by one
User:Usually I was not feeling this sensation earlier. Am feeling this from last three days.. I feel as if the urine is coming out but sometimes it does come out and sometimes not but feel the sense of coming out
User:I mentioned this earlier.. by mistake I wrote it as sonography
User:Doctor: What is the severity of pain over a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the least and 10 the highest XXXXX I visited one doctor from Fortis, he did sonography and told possible inguinal hernia on the left side, but I feel this pain on right.. To be noticed
Doctor:If ct was normal the chance of stone is very less
Doctor:Regarding the new symptoms it gets better on its own
Doctor:Try the thing what i told you
Doctor:put down the pants and urinate
User:Ok... thanks so very much..
Doctor:Do you have any more queries
Doctor:Hope this is useful
Doctor:Thank you for visiting me here. Bye for now
