User :   i am 38 yr old male

User :   since a month or so...i frequently feel sleepy

User :   desk job with a bank
Doctor :   So mainly its a sitting job in front of a computer?
User :   yes
User :   i really do hope that you will be able to help me with my predicament

User :   use to, but now feel lethargic

User :   taking medications for migraine

User :   stressful but manageable

User :   SOS painkillers if at all required

User :   as soon as i have dinner feel more sleepy and sleep early as well
User :   use to take multi-vitamins but currently stopped that as well
Doctor :   After going through the description provided by you, I feel you need to follow a routine stroll after lunch and dinner as this would decrease your sleepiness and also would help in digestion of the food.
Doctor :   The same thing can be followed for both afternoon after lunch with your friend or alone and in the night with your wife or family.
Doctor :   This is the best exercise to be followed to reduce your sleepiness after consumption of food.
Doctor :   There is no need to jog or walk but can only stroll.

User :   but what could be the reason for this lethargy
User :   i had my thyroid functions checked as well - which was normal

User :   never encountered such lethargy earlier :-(
Doctor :   This is just due to unhealthy life style.
User :   wish there was a medicine to pop in for this
Doctor :   There is no medicine and required. The best is exerices.
Doctor :   So please do not worry and follow the advise I am sure you will fine after 10 to 15 days of following the advise.
