Doctor :   Proceed with your query.
User :   Hi Dr. I went to see my doctor for 1) heat (the feeling of having a fever with no fever) off and on 2) fatigue 3) chronic headache -- he gave me a list of supplements to take including msm 2000 and magnesium orotate. are really necessary for me to take?
Doctor :   Since when are you having these symptoms?
User :   for quite some time
User :   many weeks
Doctor :   Can you explain to me what exactly you meant by feeling heat without fever - do you mean that you are intolerant to heat?
User :   i mean it feels like i have a fever but I have no fever
User :   really, I'm just curious as to why i would need to take these 2 supplements
Doctor :   You are right, these are just dietary supplements.
Doctor :   They are known to affect on pain impulses and are described to bring reduction in pain.
Doctor :   As as they are nutritional supplements, they can have a role in treating the fatigue symptoms too.
Doctor :   I guess your doctor prescribed you these pills to treat your complaints symptomatically.
Doctor :   Do you follow?
User :   gotcha
Doctor :   I would suggest you to include a healthy diet, which contain good amount of vitamins and essential minerals.
User :   of course -- i am doing that
User :   he also said my cholesterol was too low 108
User :   and that my bloodwork showed a gluten intolerance meaning I might have leaky gut
Doctor :   May I know when cholesterol did he refer it to?
Doctor :   Gluten intolerance actually refers that you may be allergic to some products of grains containing gluten.
Doctor :   Leaky gut is however diagnosed based on colonoscopy.
Doctor :   Did you undergo colonoscopy?
User :   so in other words, it was a guess to say that I have leaky gut -- no, I never had a colonoscopy.
