User :   Yes .. My uncle got unconscious for 4 hrs on 8th June & fell down. Actually he is high BP patient . We are taking advice from doctors but not satisfied . We want to understand the root cause of this problem bec this happened with him 1st time in his life of 53 yrs.also kindly suggest best cardiac physician in ... whom we can take advice from.

Doctor :   the test required would be to do lipid profile, liver profile, kidney function tests, complete blood count, ECG, EEG, and if needed a brain MRI also to see if there are any changes due to hight BP and the recent fall

User :   no he is at bed rest in house , doctor suggested all tests which U mentioned except brain mri

User :   all tests seem to be ok as of now , so should we proceed for Brain MRI

Doctor :   then you can just wait and watch, monitor him and his BP every day 2-3 times a day
Doctor :   and make sure that he is taking regular medications without skipping them
