User :   is lower abdominal cramp symtom of pregnancy?
Doctor :   yes, mild cramps suggest uterus activity to accommodate to pregnancy changes
Doctor :   if they are getting severe or increasing or associated with spotting or bleeding, then they are not normal

Doctor :   she should be in complete bedrest for few days and have a good diet that includes fruits (except papaya, pomegranate and mango)
Doctor :   confirm her pregnancy with visit to a gynecologist and request for serial blood HGC level test
Doctor :   these should be done once in 3 days, if it shows rising levels of HCG levels
