User :   i've been having facial tremors and shaking and i'm kinda worried

User :   i don't want to jump to parkison but i'm scared

User :   no sometimes pins and needles though

User :   and it's been going on for about 4 years and it seems like it's getting worse to me but i guess people don't notice it

User :   and like this month when i sarted my mentrual it just got worse

User :   but when i smile sometimes that's when i really noticed it in my face
