User :   I find things hazy around..
Doctor :   Ok
User :   The next day eyesight comes back to normal..
User :   After sleep
Doctor :   Ok
User :   Why does this happen?
User :   And is it normal?
Doctor :   May I know your age?
User :   24
Doctor :   Ok
User :   Its been about 2 months that I've started playing soccer
Doctor :   Sudden onset transient blurring of vision can happen commonly secondary to low blood sugar levels and in situations when the blood circulations to the brain is transiently disturbed.
Doctor :   Both these are not normal changes to abnormal conditions which can be prevented.
Doctor :   With good nutrition and adequate hydration.
User :   What is the diet suggested?
Doctor :   However, if the symptoms are severe, you would need medical evaluation which can include scanning the brain and visual check up.
Doctor :   If you are medically fit, which includes proper body weight, then there are no dietary restrictions.
User :   In the past 2-3 months this has happened twice
User :   my weight is 64
User :   height is 165 cms
Doctor :   The dietary needs are based on your body needs and the medical problems one has.
Doctor :   Your weight is adequate for your height.
User :   How much of water should i take?
Doctor :   If you do not have any other medical problems such as diabetes, hypertension, kidney and heart problems, then there are no dietary restrictions.

Doctor :   A combination of cereals and pulses, with plenty of vegetables and fruits will make sure your diet is balanced and provide you with adequate energy and proteins.
User :   Ok..
Doctor :   In times of increased activities such as involving in play, drink plenty of water with glucose supplements, such as sweets, sugar, or glucose itself.
Doctor :   This will make sure that your blood glucose is maintained.
Doctor :   And if your problems persists inspite of this modifications, then I would suggest you to consult a doctor or a hospital for checking your sugars and vision (Immediately during those episodes)
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
User :   Yes..
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
User :   Before going to play how much water am i supposed to drink and before how much time do i consume liquids..
Doctor :   Hydration like diet and sugar are dependent on body needs.
Doctor :   Generally a normal person would need atleast 1 to 2 litres of water per day.
User :   In a soccer game I suppose the energy requirements are high Isn't it?
Doctor :   And this will increase when you are loosing water,
Doctor :   The earliest and the commonest symptoms of dehydration is increased thirst.
Doctor :   So you need to keep replenishing as soon as you feel thirst during the game.
Doctor :   And once done with your game, I would suggest you to drink about a litre more.

User :   Yes..
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
User :   There's some whitish skin which comes out of my mouth sometimes..

Doctor :   Ok
User :   But I can feel some skin peeling out sometimes..
User :   Because such a thing wasn't happening when I met the dermatologist he couldn't offer any help
User :   Can this be because of Toothpaste?
User :   Also there's a history of cancer in my maternal family
Doctor :   Skin peeling can occur in infective conditions, inflammatory conditions, vitamin deficiencies.
Doctor :   Inflammatory situations can be due to allergic conditions too,
Doctor :   if your symptoms are following the use of new toothpaste, then you can consider changing the tooth paste.
