User :   I am thirsty all the time.I wake up 3 or four times a night and difficult to fall in sleep.My eyes r tired and heavy to open.

Doctor :   is there history of diabetes in your family?
User :   I do exercise 3 time a week
User :   My mom had it but slightly
Doctor :   do you have any other symptoms associated?
User :   I do have to go bathroom a lot.I drink 64 oz water a day
Doctor :   there could be possibility that you too are having it. have you got your sugar levels checked since these symptoms started?
User :   NO
User :   Last two week My doc check blood test, urine ,iron and some other
Doctor :   ok. what were the results of these tests?
User :   he said iron is low
Doctor :   was sugars checked?
User :   I am taking iron. IT not help me.
Doctor :   ask your doctor to do a glycosylated hemoglobin test (HbA1C)
Doctor :   it shows sugar control over last 2-3 months time.
User :   I will chcek.I do not like sugar.
User :   I do not eat sweet much
Doctor :   ok. it does not depend on that, if there is family history of sugars, then you will have cahnces of getting it
Doctor :   your symptoms suggest uncontrolled sugars
Doctor :   so get an evaluation done
Doctor :   if they are found abnormal, then treatment would be started for you.

User :   IS that curable?
Doctor :   sugar levels are controllable if treatment is started early
User :   I mean I have to deal all of my life?
Doctor :   and sometimes with good control, medications can be stopped
Doctor :   and sugars controlled with diet and exercises
User :   I cannot eat rice?
Doctor :   you can eat, but in small amounts and with lots of vegies
Doctor :   first you need to find out if sugars are the issue
Doctor :   and then go ahead with dietitian's advise on your diet
