User :   i have had my blood test etc done and its all normal

User :   i had even joined a gym sometime back....and was regular for a month
User :   but then started feeling very tired and just dropped out
Doctor :   1)First of all take a well balanced diet comprising of fruits, veggies.
Doctor :   2) Start with some brisk walk daily or you can practice yoga or meditation.
Doctor :   3) Include proteins like dals, beans, rajma, egg in your diet
Doctor :   4)Take Biotin forte tablet daily for few months

Doctor :   6)Take fruit juices regularly.
User :   milk doesn't suit me and i try avoiding milk...though I do take milk products like paneer, curd etc

Doctor :   &) Soak 5 to 6 almonds in water overnight and take daily for sometime
Doctor :   8)Mint tea is also a great pick up for fatigue.
