User :   an im rod in my rght tibia

Doctor :   There are two groups of muscles in the thigh, those at the front of the thigh and the back
User :   the surgery was done 09.june 2008
Doctor :   The front of the thigh or the quadriceps are strengthened by straight leg raising
User :   kindly say hw can i start my previous style of walking
Doctor :   In this sit on a stool and raise your leg and straighten your knee
Doctor :   put it in the position for 10 secs or however long you can
Doctor :   then repeat 10-12 times
Doctor :   three sets should be done
Doctor :   Straight leg raising strengthens all the muscles of the upper leg.
User :   im doing that ,bt it's nt improving,is cycling a best exercise
Doctor :   Then it would be better if you get exercises directly from a physiotherapist, learn under direct observation
Doctor :   as that would help you than my telling you online
