User :   Left kidney is enlarged in size. There is gross hydronephrosos in left kidney with thinned out cortex.
User :   There is a large anechoic cystic lesion on medical aspect of left kidney measuring 7.4 * 6.3cm in size - most likely dilated renal pelvis

Doctor :   it is a MRI scan done with use of substance called DTPA
Doctor :   to visualize the extent of lesion and to see if iron uptake is more in the lesion.
