User :   hi my husband has difficulty sleeping, difficulty ejaculating during intercourse and has an anxiuos nature, we are trying to get pregnant & its impossible!!!! as a child he had a base of skull fracture that his mother says changed his behaviour to more active like a child with ADD, please help

User :   yes normal build, 38 years old, exercises daily, smokes cigarettes, suffers with headaches, and he takes no medication other than codeine for headaches

User :   not that either of us are aware of other than the head injury he sustained as a child

Doctor :   May i know the duration of your married life ?
User :   we have been together for 6 years and we have been married for 1 year, this is not a new problem he has ejaculated 1/2 per year during intercourse since we have been together, yet he has no issues with ejaculation during other sexual activites

Doctor :   psychiatric counseling for long term may bring changes in your husbands mentality
Doctor :   or you may have to go for artificial insemination technique
Doctor :   with your husband semen
Doctor :   i am sorry , i was advicing you the possible ways of you getting pregnant
