User :   i have a daughter who is 3 and i think she is under weight
User :   she weighs 12 kilos
Doctor :   What was her birth weight?
User :   5 pound 5 ounces
User :   she has constant infections
User :   and wont eat meat of any form
Doctor :   What kind of infections did she have?
User :   mouth, chest , skin, throat
Doctor :   Is she on any medication? Does she have any symptom right now?
User :   no medication except a cortisone cream for sever ezcema
User :   no symptons of infection at moment
Doctor :   Does she eat properly and have milk ?
User :   doesnt like milk
User :   she not a good eater use to be but when she turned one she stopped
User :   wont eat any form of meat
User :   sometimes can get her to 2 meals a day but not very often
Doctor :   Ok it may be that because of constant infections she must not be eating properly. Also do not insist her for eating meat

User :   i am concerened that there may be an underlying issue

User :   yes she is actually very smart for her age
User :   except in toilet traing that is taking some time

User :   she also suffer extreme fears and anxieties

User :   had them for ever
User :   and says stuff like she cant eat chicken cause it is dead and that is mean and also that if she eats she will get a fat tummy and poeple will laugh at her

User :   she wont do any activities where people are watchin her cause they are looking at her
Doctor :   Insist her on eating more of dals, fruits, veggies, and milk

Doctor :   Sometimes some children start eating after 5 years, till the time she is healthy otherweise you can wait and watch.

User :   yes wanted another question answered about my other daughter

User :   my 7 year old gets alot of stomach pain and it is usally after she has eaten she then needs to go to the toilet straight away for a bowel movement
Doctor :   Does she have loose stools? Since when is she having this problem? Does she have any other symptoms like vomitting?
User :   her stools change some are loose but some are just quiet soft
User :   no vomiting
User :   could be going on for 6 months or more
Doctor :   Did you ever get her examined for that? Is she on any medications?
User :   no i havent wasnt sure if it was totally not normal

Doctor :   It seems like a inflammatory condition called Inflammatory Bowel Syndrome or any viral or bacterial infection.
User :   yeah i thought that
User :   she has put on alot of wieght recently in last 12 months
Doctor :   Was she given any deworming tablets recently? Sometimes parasitic infection also cause this problem
User :   she bowel movements are quiet smelly as is when she passes wind has a sort of acid smell if that makes sense
Doctor :   You need to get her examined soon since it has already been 6 months
User :   yes she had been wormed i thoughth that was the cause when first came in so treated for worms
Doctor :   She probably needs some antibiotic and prescription medications for the same
Doctor :   Also give her more of fruits and veggies in diet
User :   oh ok so would that make her burps and breath smell
Doctor :   Ask her to drink lots of water
User :   she eats lots of fruit and veg
Doctor :   She may require H. Pylori test for the same
User :   she only allowed to drink water not cordial in my house
Doctor :   Also ask her to do regular exercises
User :   yeah we try to get her to exercise but has recently had a fratucred ankle that happened twice in 9 months so is hard for her to execise as she still having problems with that
Doctor :   She may require stool test also to confirm the particular infection.
User :   she weighs 34 kilos and is 110cm tall
User :   ok will get her to a dr but it could be ibs
Doctor :   Oh thats bad that she hurted her ankle, you can wait for that to heal then
Doctor :   Yes it can be but confirmation can be done after examining and investigating her
