User :   just some time back we had a papad that was roasted in microwave at 360 degree celsius
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   How can I help you?
User :   however we when we saw the unroasted papad which had fungus on it..almost all...
Doctor :   Ok
User :   and even minute small worms...i m worried now
User :   can we fall ill?
User :   our maid did that and she informed afterwards advise
Doctor :   Ok
User :   360 degree for one minute
Doctor :   If you had cooked the papad in the microwave entirely, the heat created inside the microwave is sufficient to kill both fungus as well as worms.
User :   ok
Doctor :   Along with this,
Doctor :   the digestive juices and the acid in the stomach is trained/functioned to kill almost all pathogens including worms and fungus.
User :   thank you..i feel relieved
User :   ok one more thing
Doctor :   Yes, the temperature is high enough to kill all the germs.
User :   and that is true for my 1.5 yrs old daughter too..since she also ate it
Doctor :   Even if small minute amount remained, the digestive juices would take care of it.
Doctor :   It is highly unlikely that you would fall sick.
User :   although in very small quantity
Doctor :   Proceed.
User :   ok
Doctor :   97 to 99% of germs would be killed by that heat.
User :   also my wife is having pain in her calf muscles quite oftenly...what can be the reason..
Doctor :   The digestive juices of infants are not as efficient as adults. However I do not think that would be a problem here.
User :   ok sure
Doctor :   The symptoms that you need to watch out for are abdominal pain, vomiting, loose stools.
Doctor :   If such symptoms happen then consult a doctor.
User :   comes and goes and increases in evening
Doctor :   Pain in the calf muscles is most likely muscular.
User :   no its not severe
Doctor :   Other causes are vascular, neurological and metabolic causes.
Doctor :   If the pain is severe and persisting, she needs to see a doctor for examination to rule out the causes.
User :   i hope its not because of any deficiency like minerals..can it be a cause
Doctor :   It is probably a muscular cramps. Consult a doctor if the problem is severe and concerning.
User :   ok thankyou
Doctor :   Electrolyte changes can produce muscular pain. The cause can be ruled out by tests.
User :   yes
User :   no bye
Doctor :   So I suggest you to see a doctor if the pain is persisting or severe.
Doctor :   Have you followed?
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor :   Good night.
Doctor :   Bye for now.
