User :   Of late, my palm and finger at some places are showing some skin problem

User :   i also have fungal infection in my ears

User :   had shown a doc and he had given some medication but it did not improve much and i too have been laid back
Doctor :   I would suggest that You see a dermatologist for the fungal infection in your ear

Doctor :   Also ensure that the fungal infection does not spread to Your hand
Doctor :   For Your Hand condition I would suggest That You use a moisturiser and avoid scratching that area

Doctor :   Use gloves and limit the amount of handwashing
Doctor :   wash Your hands in lukeawarm water and try to use a hypoallergic soap
User :   for the soap is there a specific brand or is it commonly available in medicine shops
Doctor :   if it becomes painful consult Your skin doctor to rule out any infection and he may prescribe an antibiotic or antifungal cream if required

Doctor :   You can use the cinthol soap which comes in a red wrapper

User :   i use dettol hand wash at home
