User :   Hello, good morning doc
User :   I have one query regardng my mother's illness
Doctor :   yes
User :   first some background about her - she is 58 years old, post menopause and has hypertension and rheumatoid
User :   for last one month, she has been suffering from persistent cough
User :   which is mostly dry
Doctor :   Ok
User :   we went to a general physician and he gave medicines, including an antibiotic
User :   it was a 5 day course - and during teh medication her coughing subsided
Doctor :   Ok
User :   but after the course, she is again starting to get the cough
User :   I can tell you the name of teh tablets she used, if teh need be

User :   1. KEFPOD CV 200MG
User :   2. RESWAS SYRUP
User :   B 4. MONTEK LC TA
User :   and prior to (1) she used to take ALLEGRA 180 MG
User :   since that was not helping, the doc suggested the antibiotic 91) for 5 days

User :   sorry - I meant antibiotic in (1)
User :   she takes TELMA AM
User :   and FOURTS B as supplement
User :   any other information you need, doc?
User :   doc - r u there?
Doctor :   Telma can cause some cough
Doctor :   so dry cough I am not worred
User :   ok
User :   she has a lil bit of phlegm
User :   during morning time (while brushing) she has a sensation of vomiting due to phlegm
User :   but otherwise, it is mostly dry
Doctor :   That is fine
Doctor :   I think she just does some steam inhalations, fieve times a day with Vicks
Doctor :   vaporub
User :   oh ok
User :   sure doc. So you don't suggest any specific cause for worry
User :   right?

User :   I mean - any further tests or anything>
Doctor :   Just ask her to do this religiously for a week
