User :   I have had a cough now for about 3 weeks or so
User :   starting to get a little worried, as i'm beginning to get some other symptoms with it as well such as blocked up nose

User :   it's strange though, I seem to get this weird urge to cough even though I don't need to at times
Doctor :   it probably is upperrespiratory tract infection'

User :   ah right..I just get a little paranoid about these things especially with everything going on in the world at the moment

Doctor :   do u get any phlegm from your mouth
User :   at times i get clear liqiud but not much phlegm really
Doctor :   what colour is i8t
User :   just more saliva
Doctor :   any fever
User :   it's salivery but anything else is normal yellowy colour

User :   no i'm fine otherwise, just feeling like my throat is badly irritated due to me trying to cough when i don't really need to

Doctor :   i suggest u gargle with salt water to redue the oedema
