User :   I am looking for a gynaecologist as my wife has just delivered a baby 3 weeks ago, and is running with high fever. What medications can she take without harming the baby during the breastfeed ?
User :   She has fever (102) and cold/cough.
User :   ok
User :   May i know your wife age?
User :   She is 29
User :   ok
User :   The baby is 24 days old
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Acteaminophen/Paracetamol is perfect drug and safest drug at any point of time.
User :   Okay she is already taking Crocin which is same Paracetamol
User :   Anything else which she can do for the severe cold
Doctor :   She can take Dolo 650 tab. thrice daily.
User :   What about LevoCetrizine with Ambroxol and Phenylnephrine (LCZ Plus)
Doctor :   Yes it is fine , just see that Only One Cetrizine per day, not more than that.
User :   Okay, what does DOLO Contain ?
Doctor :   Paracetamol .
Doctor :   It is the best medication, no probs. at all.
Doctor :   If at all you want to physically visit a gynecologist, which city are you from ?
User :   So you mean Levocetrizine should not be had more than once a day
Doctor :   Yes , may cause too much drowsiness, that is it.
User :   because she already had one tablet in a day
User :   Okay, can she take steam (would that harm the baby )
Doctor :   Yes, she can take Karvol plus steam inhalation, it is quite safe.
