User :   Can someone get pregnant if the penis does not actually enter the vagina? This is a very serious question, I heard that it is possible, and Im worried. If this is possible what are the chances that someone even gets pregnant withough it even entering, but just touching the outside?
Doctor :   hi
User :   hi
Doctor :   yes, it is possible, if the girl is in her fertile period
Doctor :   as pre-cum, or lubrication fluid can also contain sperms
Doctor :   and if these enter, fertilization can occur
User :   so if not in the fertile period, what are the chances of pregnancy?
Doctor :   chances are less, but still cannot be ruled out (since ovulation or egg release can be early or late depending on the hormonal status)
User :   can fertilization happen through underware?
Doctor :   there are no studies to prove that sperms can pass through clothing.
User :   what if there is no pre-cum? is that possible?
User :   I mean what if he doesn cum at all?
User :   is that something that would be noticeable? is pre-cum a lot of stuff?
Doctor :   if there was no pre-cum, then the chances are less. but usually some amount of pre-cum does come out with sexual stimulation (it is natural response of body)
User :   is the pre-cum very noticeable? is it a lot of stuff?
Doctor :   it is not 'a lot of stuff' it can be minimal, it is usualy visible as clear sticky fluid
Doctor :   a few drops are usual to be seen at tip of penis as mere wetness
User :   what if I felt his penis, and I never felt anything? would that mean there is none?
User :   is much needed to cause pregnancy?
Doctor :   if you are sure that you did not feel anything, then it may be that he dint have pre-cum
Doctor :   but if you are nit sure and worried about pregnancy
Doctor :   then consider taking emergency contraceptive after examination and discussion with your gynecologist.
Doctor :   when was your last periods?
Doctor :   do you have regular periods? if yes, what is your menstrual cycle length?
User :   sept 13-17
User :   yes they are regular, i dont actually know my length, i think its about 24 days from the last day to the first day
Doctor :   ok. if it is between 25-28day cycle, then having intercourse or sexual contact between 19th sept to 3rd oct can be risky
User :   we were together on last thursday and a week from yesterday,
Doctor :   as you will be in fertile period or close to your fertile periods
User :   we never actually had intercourse, just contact on thursday, and i had underwear on the saturday
Doctor :   so if you have had sexual contact between these dates, then chances of pregnancy cannot be completely ruled out
Doctor :   wait for your next periods to start
User :   shouldnt it be starting soon?
Doctor :   if they do not start within 10 days of the expected dates then go ahead with checking for pregnanct
User :   thats what im paranoid about
Doctor :   by getting blood HCG levels tested.
User :   how accurate are e.p.t. tests?
User :   I took one today and it said negative
Doctor :   they are accurate tests showing accurate results as compared to urine pregnancy tests
Doctor :   urine pregnancy tests can give you false negative results
Doctor :   blood HCG levels are accurate even when tested as early as 11th day post conception
User :   thanks, I think Ill try that if i dont get my period
Doctor :   ok
User :   please pray for me! I cant get pregnant!
Doctor :   sure
User :   thanks for your help, my time is up
Doctor :   thanks for consulting me. bye for now.
User :   bye
