User :   the condom broke during sexual intercourse while i was spotting, is there a possibility i'm pregnant?

Doctor :   When was your last menstrual period?
User :   my last one was around may 19th
Doctor :   How many days is your menstrual cycle?
User :   normally 7 days. But the question i should've asked is should i take precaution and take the plan B pill, because just last night is when the condom failed while i was spotting and i'm not sure if i need to take the plan B pill.
Doctor :   You probably have to take it.
User :   i didn't think i would need to if i was spotting.
Doctor :   Spotting is usually there remnant blood from previous periods.
Doctor :   It can also happen during ovulation time.
User :   that's true. so i should go ahead and take the pill then?
Doctor :   when was your last sexual intercourse?
User :   just last night.
Doctor :   It falls in the fertile period, of your periods.
Doctor :   There are possibility of you getting pregnant.
User :   oh okay thank you. and i'm sorry i have one more question, is it unsafe to keep taking the plan B pill? i've taken it at last 3 times already because i'm not currently on birth control yet.
Doctor :   You should not take it too often.
User :   right. so this should be the last time and then i should start on birth control?
