User:basically , i wanted to plan a baby ,, just wanted to now what are the things i need to consider before that, as i was suffering from h.pyori infection followed by stomach ulcer
Doctor:H pylori infection and stomach ulcer do not interfere with conception.
Doctor:If you are planning for a child now, encourage your partner to eat healthy fruits and green vegetables.
Doctor:She can start folic acid 5mg pills one tablet a day.
Doctor:Make sure her periods are regular.
Doctor:mark the days of her ovulation days (the most fertile days)
Doctor:Involve in unprotected sexual intercourse on those fertile days.
