User :   I've been having transient dizziness for alomst 3 weeks now. It started with an episode of near syncope. I was sitting with friends and talking at the time. Since then I keep feeling dizzy; sitting, standing, even while lying in bed.

User :   No, it wasn't

User :   I am 44

User :   No, I don't.
User :   I haven't done anything about it because I don't have insurance right now.
Doctor :   Do you take any medications?

User :   No, just calcium/magnesium, a fish oil pill, and a B-complex vitamin.
Doctor :   Actually you can contain the symptoms with some symptomatic medicines

User :   So I would have to see a doctor to get a perscription?

User :   yes to both. My BP was 134/82 (which is high for me) and my BG was 80 (after fasting for 12 hours)

Doctor :   Did you lose consciousness anytime?
User :   I'm not sure. I am mostly sitting all day, and I don't move around fast. I mean I don't notice it happening when I stand up quickly. I have not lost consciousness so far.

Doctor :   Are you able to sleep good these days?
Doctor :   What is your occupation?
User :   mostly, though I do wake up during the night once a night to go to the restroom. I am a full time student these days.
Doctor :   Ok does the symptom aggravate towards the end of the day
Doctor :   and do you feel good after you wakeup in the morning
User :   Not today (more dizzy this morning). The first time was in the middle of the day.

Doctor :   Keep monitoring your BP, Pulse and blood sugar
User :   I usually feel fine when I wake up. sometimes I seem still tired when I wake up.
User :   ok
Doctor :   and see a doctor for prescription
