User :   2 weeks ago I woke up with burning in both nipples (male) and the pain then move to left side of chest and down left arm. After 2 trips to the E.R heart issues were ruled out. Pain is now across my back mid rib area also pain in abdomen both sides. Back pain 8, adbomen pain 6. Upper G.I was done this AM along with a Mammogram right side and ultrasound on left side. Area of pain seems to change every few days. Any thoughts would be appreciated before I march back to the E.R.

Doctor :   no, need no emergency treatment , all you need is a long term antacids ( strength depending on the severity )
Doctor :   no, its not advisable to take IBUPROFEN or any other pain killers ( NSAIDs )
Doctor :   they do aggrevate the problem
User :   So should I just take over the counter antacids?
Doctor :   have TUMS twice or thrice a day , which may help
User :   How about liquids such as Mylanta?
Doctor :   ya, thats a better one too
User :   Initially there was sensitivity to touch in the left breast area with the onset of these sympp
