User :   I have a slight discomfort in my right knee. Can I start knee strengthening exercises or should i consult a doctor for that? I am 27 years old male

User :   male,174 cms, 65 kgs
User :   no medical illness
User :   I have not consulted any doctor for this problem

User :   no
Doctor :   is there crepitation sound/crackling sound when you bend/extend knee?
User :   yes

User :   suppose when i do some dance steps which requires sudden bending down and up

User :   it doesnt happen in the left knee

Doctor :   then i would suggest you to get the knee examined by a orthopedician and also get a x-ray or MRI done

User :   testes sags a lot

User :   it doesnt radiate to other parts

Doctor :   that is a mechanism to keep it away from excess body heat, its designed by nature, to avoid damage of sperm producing cells, do not worry about the sagging

User :   nothing of that sort

User :   no pain

User :   no pain but i feel i ejaculate less
Doctor :   a normal ejaculate of semen can vary from 1 ml to 6.5 ml
Doctor :   if its less than 1 ml quantity, then you should be worried
User :   i am not sure of the exact quantity

User :   no foul smell of my semen
