User : It is recently realised that I have Memory Loss
User : Memory Loss : Concentration, recollecting, focus problem. Problem in Talking, reading & writing.

User : It was months I felt I had this problem, but during my MBA exams, I was not able to recollet in all the papers.

User : I completed by exams yesterday & is very upset.
Doctor : may I know if the memory loss is happening gradually , and is it for recent memory or long term ?
User : It happens gradually & it is short term
Doctor : I meant you could recollect recent things you learn, etc? not only with respect to studies but day to day life

User : My mom had shared about death a an uncle, next building which i forgot.

User : Ya, I spoke to my GP, he said I am stressed out & gave me Iron tables.

User : Not sure
User : I am doing my part time MBA, hence I study at night only.

User : I always had an stressful life, but not to such as extent that I am blank.

Doctor : generally it is common to have memory loss when we prepare continuously for exams , added to it , the stress and altered sleep/lesser duration of sleep will cause changes
Doctor : I would also agree with your doctor in saying that the memory loss is related to the stress of exams as other things are not significant with your history
User : But if I am not able to recollect what I have studies, whats the use of my MBA
Doctor : since you have been doing meditation I suggest you continue the same

Doctor : 4. you could also consult a psychiatrist for counseling ,t hey will teach you good methods to plan and reach your goal and to deal with the stammer as well
