User :   hi,i'm a 27 year old female.
for 3 months i have been suffering from heartburn, chest pains, gas, a feeling of having like a lump in the throat that comes and goes.
a lot of stomachaches dizziness and weakness.
i have been treated for the h.pylori 2 months ago. after that i did have a relief but still i always have stomachaches sore throat a sensation of swollen throat and i can even feel the acid in my nose and ears... i'm taking ompradex pills for a week now but it doesn't seem to help... what should i do?

Doctor :   try to eat smaller proportions of the meals
Doctor :   instead of taking 3 big meals, break it into 5-6 smallers meals
User :   i am doing that
Doctor :   try to keep mobile and upright for 30-45 min after meals , so that stomach contents move into the intestine

Doctor :   if possible physical excercise, (abdominal crunches) will help the stomach muscles to become strong and solve your issues

User :   does it sound like i should be worried? because it doesnt seem to go away. 2 months ago it was alot worse
Doctor :   if not surgery and dependence on meds may be needed for uncontrollable symptoms

User :   i feel dizzy a lot when i get the stomachaces

User :   just nausea
Doctor :   then, try some OTC dramamine
Doctor :   this will reduce the nausea
User :   what is that?
Doctor :   as well as the dizziness like symptoms

Doctor :   dramamine is the drug name
User :   does it usually take time for the gerd symptoms to go away?
Doctor :   yes
Doctor :   it does
Doctor :   GERD is a resistant issue, which goes away when u follow lifestyle and dietary changes
Doctor :   avoinding spicy food, and foods that cause symtoms will help
