User :   Have a question regarding GI issues

User :   I had my gall bladder removed in September

User :   I had the typical month of abnormal bathroom issues afterward, then it subsided
User :   Then in May, I, along with a friend of mine, had food poisoning

User :   Since then, no matter what I eat, how much I eat, or how often I eat, I have terrible diarrhea withing 10 minutes from the beginning of my meal
User :   I'm 32 and have some minor health issues, but nothing terrible...migraines, kidney stones (over 30), had 3 herniated disks and surgery for 1 of them.
User :   I had been diagnosed with IBS after a colonoscopy as well

User :   My main concern is the 10 pounds of weight I gain/drop every week or so due to the bloating I've started to experience

User :   I'm assuming it's because of the same issue that's causing the diarrhea, but I'm not 100% sure. I am also worried because, god this is awful, if I'm not right next to a bathroom when the "10 minutes" is up, There is NOTHING i can do to stop it.

User :   Oh ..I also have tenderness just under my right rib that curves along my side, down to the area above my hip...
Doctor :   Taking fiber supplements such as psyllium (Metamucil) or methylcellulose (Citrucel) with fluids may help control constipation.
