User :   August 3rd week i tested for cholesterol and glucose the readings were : Cholesterol: 290mg/dl: ldl:233 hdl:27
User :   and triglyceroids :500 mg/dl
User :   30 years male, married :5'8" 184 pounds on aug 2nd week
User :   now weight at 176 lbs

User :   and blood glucose at pre:190
User :   doctor prescribed tricor 145 mg and simvastine 80 mg
User :   used medication for couple of weeks changed my diet completely as per nutritionist suggestion
User :   now current readings are : cholesterol:117 mg/dl: ldl:88
User :   hdl:16 and triglyceroids: 68mg/dl

User :   and blood glucose fasting at 120 and after food 180
User :   doctor says my blood glucose will also come down within a couple of weeks

User :   as i am eating these days lot of fibre, my motion has become tight
User :   and got teared couple of days

User :   so started drinlking a lot of water.
User :   but occassionally this is happening how to avoid this
Doctor :   No Fibers are not to make your Motion tight but instead to make it \more free and increase the bulk so as to ease it out freely
Doctor :   Take at least 4-5 liters of water during the daya nd at least 2 big glasses of water early in teh morning soon afetr you wake up
Doctor :   and that shall take care of every thing else
