Doctor :   I suggest that you take Cap. Cobadex Forte 1 cap per day.
Doctor :   That is a B complex tablet with B12 and C added.
User :   ok.someone suggested me that methylcobolamin is good for b12 that so?

Doctor :   Only Metformin causes B 12 malabsorption.
Doctor :   Acarbose is not known to cause this.
User :   do u think..i have nerve problems...means..diabetic related nerve problems

User :   no..u believe it or not...i dont hve stomach problems..or headaches

Doctor :   I suggest that you continue taking the Methylcobalamine and the diabetic drugs
Doctor :   Try to incorporate more meat

Doctor :   If the tingling and numbness in the legs and the weakness persist then get a physical examination from a Neurologist.

User :   before i had sever problems of tingling..and numbness..but it's reduced

User :   but i feel nervousness..some times..i thought it's due to b12 def
Doctor :   I suggest that you get your B 12 levels checked out after 1-2 months again.

Doctor :   If the abnormality still persists only then you may need further evaluation.
