Doctor :   Let your stomach settle. Stop eating and consumption for a few hours.

Doctor :   Try sucking on ice chips or taking small sips of water. You might also try drinking clear soda, such as 7UP or Sprite; clear broths; or noncaffeinated sports drinks, such as Gatorade.
Doctor :   Ease back into eating. Gradually begin to eat bland, easy-to-digest foods such as soda crackers, toast, gelatin, bananas, rice and chicken. Stop consumption if your nausea returns.

Doctor :   avoid meats, sugar, tea, coffee, condiments, pickles, refined and processed foods. you should also avoid soft drinks, candies, ice-cream, and all products made from sugar and while flour.
Doctor :   Mix 3 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 cup honey, and 1/4 cup warm water and take two teaspoons daily
Doctor :   you can take paracetamol for the slight fever
Doctor :   as i said you have viral and it will take 5-7 days to go

User :   Coughing is teh worst part, waking up continually in the night. Also in meetings in office etc
