User :   Doctor, in recent past am suferring from acidity...especially during later half of the day...request you to suggest some medicines for this

Doctor :   I shall Suggest you some antacids which are OTC Drugs like Gelucil MPS or Eno and life style changes.
User :   can i take Rentac 150 ...whcih I had tried in the past and found that useful
Doctor :   Higher drugs which are prescription drugs should not be prescribed without seeing or examining the patient.
Doctor :   Yes, that is the best possible medication to start with.
User :   do you wnat me to take this on regular basis or as and when i suffer from acidity
Doctor :   I would recommend you to take it only if you are sensing some pain but would recommend you for some more changes , may i ask you a few questions to help you better .

User :   5-11 and weight around 88kgs

User :   non veg..may be five days a week and prefer eggs and chicken

User :   its happening frequently for alst couple of months

User :   yes ...i do
User :   waist size should be around 37

User :   ok...will try to control my food habit adn life style and will try to reduce the weight.

Doctor :   I should tell you that Smoking, Drinking , Oily and fatty diet increase the chance of ACIDITY by 300 % , HYPERTENSION & HEART PROBLEMS by 4 times and DIABETES by 200%.

Doctor :   So please try these steps : User :   ok
Doctor :   1. Switch over to a healthy breakfast - fruits, oats, corn flakes and juices.
Doctor :   2. Reduce the no. of teas/coffees and switch over to green tea.
Doctor :   3. Have very regular breakfast at 7-8 am , will decrease half teh problem.
Doctor :   4. Avoid oily diet in the morning .
Doctor :   rather the whole day.
Doctor :   5. Lunch has to be sharp at 12-12.30.
Doctor :   6.Have light biscuits/fruit cakes in between at 10/11

Doctor :   7.Lunch must be loaded with fresh veggies,salads, fruits and juices apart from roti/rice, avoid oily sabjis or masala foods or fast foods.
Doctor :   8. Have a nice evening snack of anything like corn-boiled , etc, and green tea/ juice
Doctor :   9. Have early dinner at 7pm and late night supper of fruits or milk at 9/10 pm.
Doctor :   Please avoid fried chicken or masalas but have grilled chicken and egg white , not egg yellow
Doctor :   These will avoid unnecessary oil.
Doctor :   Hope you have followed.
Doctor :   Please experiment with this for 15 days and you will see a sea change in your health.
