User :   Hi... According to my Height which is nearly 6 feet. I should be weighing nearly 80Kgs mostly. But where as I'm above 100 kgs to say it exactly, it varies between 103-105 mostly. So, please suggest me what diet I should take and What type of exercises I should do. I'm working out in Gym but tat's not satisfying. So, waiting for ur suggestion!
