User :   What is IBS, I have one bowel movement a day which may be loose and that is it. I have also had my gallblader out. I have had a colonoscopy to check and everything is clear. I don't have any abdomen pain or blood in my stools, I was told it could be from having my Gallbladder out.

User :   Once a day, I do take immodium after the loose stool. Maybe twice but no more than once a day

User :   I usually go in the morning when I wake up. How would I know I know if it was IBS, it is more than once a day?

Doctor :   The bile is usually stored in the gall bladder, since it is removed
Doctor :   the flow of bile is abnormal

Doctor :   So the bile needs to be taken care of so that it does not interfere with the absorption of fat and the important vitamin

Doctor :   Beets, cucumbers, Lady fingers , potato

User :   Avoid Fried foods righ?

User :   Thanks so much for your help, it has been very frustrating, I was told it could be IBS
User :   But I only go once maybe twice a day and no more...
User :   but I was also told it could be from my galllader, which makes more sense
Doctor :   as they have the Omega 3 fatty acids
Doctor :   If you have pain during the stool and the passing of stool relieves the pain, that is the main indicator of checking for IBS
User :   No pain,
Doctor :   More over the IBS diagnosis is an exclusion and whenever thing is normal

User :   Everything came back normal
User :   Since I had the Gallbaldder out

User :   Eat High Fiber... No fat Foods :)
Doctor :   1) Exercise regular
Doctor :   2) High fibre foods
Doctor :   3) Keep visiting toilet at same time daily even though you have no pressure built
