User :   I am becoming scared. For the past few hours I have been experiencing non stop diarrhea and vomiting. It goes away for a short time but it comes back. I am also 9 weeks pregnant and I also have chest pain and rapid heartbeat but I don't know if it's just panic. I need advice please

User :   My stomach is in constant pain right now and it seems as though if I move around I feel the need to vomit

Doctor :   Dehydrations make the heart beat fast
Doctor :   You also need Priocec, for acidity for 3 days
User :   I could go to the er in the morning I don't have any transportation at the moment

User :   I could try and drink water but as I try to move around I feel like vomiting. I know I won't be able to keep it down
