User :   i have a baby hes 4 months old and he has been change from 3 different formulas he has been on similac advance, then enfamil a-r, now enfamil gentle ease

User :   and he has not been going to the rest room pooping , since he started on the enfamil a-r and that was abou a week ago i was told to give him prune juice so i did that today and he started having dieareah

Doctor :   continue to give your baby breastmilk or baby formula as before. Breastmilk has all the fluids and electrolytes needed to prevent dehydration.
