User :   sir, my child is now suffering from diarrhea with stomach ache , with litttle fever and cough. will it be symptoms of swine flu

User :   yesterday night she told that her stomach is paining , from today morning she is having the lose motion with urine, now she is having a little temperature
User :   there is no blood , the temperature at 8.30 was 98 degree

User :   sir i gaev now 250mg paracetamol for fever and for lose motion we gave a cup of black tea

User :   she had two idlies with curd and sugar tonight
User :   now the lose motion is some what controlled but temperature and stomach ache continues

User :   so far we didnt give any milk sir wat can we give tomorrow for her food and any medicine u prescribe for her

Doctor :   You can give toast, crackers, breads, pretzels, rice, mashed potatoes(no additives), noodles(no additives), bananas, apple sauce, carrots, squash, rice krispies, cheerios, oatmeal and yogurt with active cultures.

Doctor :   No spicy foods or sauces
User :   ok sir my younger child is having a runniing nose since one week he is nine months old
User :   but we gave him some natural medicine like XXXXXXXX and karpooravalli leaf's liquid

User :   little better but running nose didnt stop so far it is still little there shall we cotinue the same or shall we go for allopathy
Doctor :   Give the infant warm baths to help drain the sinuses. Keep the baby warmly dressed to prevent chills, especially if a fever is involved. If you are nursing, which is great because you will pass your own immunities through your breast milk, allow the baby to nurse frequently.
User :   now i'm not feeding

Doctor :   make sure you keep the baby warm
User :   he is only having ragi malt, rice ,dhal and cow's milk and apple
Doctor :   yes thats a good nutritious diet
