User :   Mine is a quick concern. At the meatus of my penis there looks to be a tiny spot that looks somewhat like a tiny bruise (best I can visually describe it). It does not hurt, but it doesn't' wash away either. Is this an infection under the skin or am I overreacting?
Doctor :   Hi dr xxxxr here
Doctor :   let me read ur query
User :   Greetings Dr. Axxxx
Doctor :   ok,
Doctor :   Do u have any discharge or blood etc ?
User :   No
Doctor :   Are u sexually active, or do u masturbate ?
User :   i do masturbate
Doctor :   ok,
Doctor :   then , i think theres is nothing to worry
Doctor :   as this could be minor injury, resulting due to masturbation
User :   ah, so just stop masturbating for a couple of days? that would make sense I think I was doing it too much this week.
Doctor :   yes
User :   thank you and I appreciate your advice, Dr. Anvekar.
Doctor :   and the next time, you can use a lubricant like K Y JELLY,
User :   ah, thank you yes
Doctor :   lack of lubrication can cause the current issues
User :   oh yes, i make sure to use it. I also heard using oil based lubricants can risk a yeast infection if I do not wash after every time.
Doctor :   these are water based and have no side effects
User :   okay, thanks again.
Doctor :   you are welcome
