Doctor :   Varicocele do not cause infertility
Doctor :   you can proceed planning for conception
User :   Ok. I keep hearing contradicting reports on varicoeles and fertility, which is why I was confused
User :   can varicoeles progressively get worse over time?
Doctor :   since its grade 1 and subclinical , i do no think it should affect the fertility
Doctor :   yes, the condition can get worse over time
Doctor :   but sometimes its self regressing too
User :   ok that's good to hear
User :   what if I am feeling pain? I do get the odd ache that goes down to my legs, is that odd for a grade 1?
Doctor :   the association of pain in varicocele is subjective
User :   ok
