User:I was diagonised with the endometrial cyst in the ovary, and was given a lupride dosage 3 months back.

User:i have pelvic pain and the last time i had a scan looks the cyst had supressed in size from 3.5cm to 1.2cm
User:of late i am experiencing the pain again
User:and in case of pain i was suggested to do a laparascopy to be done
Doctor:I am sorry but these symptoms do happen
Doctor:Especially when you take drugs like Lupride
Doctor:They are all hormonal preparations
Doctor:They cause changes in the gonadal hormone levels
User:am not sure of what to be done, and happened to hear about MRI-guided focussed ultrasound therapy (MRgFUS)

User:am not sure if can be treated with this technology,so wanted your suggestion for this

User:the gynaec whom i have been consulted recommended for lap, though i have not discussed this option..

User:but looks it has enlarged now, as i facing chronic pelvic pain

User:i have been living in pain killers... so thought of going in for the lap procedure

Doctor:The benefit of Lap surgery is, it is quite cheap compared with MRgFUS
