User :   his age is 60years retired
User :   he has diabetic and HTN since from 10+ years and on medication
User :   everything is in normal range.
User :   He is facing some problem that when he walks for a distance of about 300 mts. he gets pain in the middle of the chest and it disappears after taking a rest for a while.
