User:I am a diabatic since last 10 years, aged 60
Doctor:If you have some health related query, you can ask
User:I take insulin Mixturd-30 penfil : 30 unit in morning and 20 units in evening
User:I also take metformin 1250mg a day, Glimepiride, aldglim and other salts for BP
User:Every six months I go to doctor for check-up......everytime they recoend increase in doses.
User:y eyesight is perfect

User:I am a non-veg: eat 100gm of fish everyday with Rice and daal, occasionaly read meat
User:I am also a physically handicapped, walk with cruches.... this supplients the excercise

Doctor:In diet you need to have frequent regular meals
Doctor:3 proper meals and 3 snacks are a must
User:I stopped smoking since last 20 months.
Doctor:In diabetes we need to take more of proteins to make up for the losing weight
User:my weight is around 66Kg constant since last 3 years
Doctor:Like boiled black channa in the morning-1 cup ful will give you evergy

User:I take 2 boiled egg and a glass of milk every morning as breakfast

Doctor:Health issues can cause stress and stress can cause health issues
User:What is HBA1C ? What do I need to do
Doctor:It helps in determining if your blood sugars are controlled over last 3 months period
Doctor:It is a blood test
User:I get myself checked once in 6 months........spent around 5K for all sorts of test. Eye sight takes onother 1K
Doctor:I will also recommend that you check your blood sugars at home

User:I check with glucometer twice a week......... it is around 170

User:some time shoots to 240 also........... for no known reasons
Doctor:Check if you did something wrong and modify it
User:I love mangoes....... 240 may be due to this
Doctor:It means that you insulin sensitivity is going down

User:Rice is a must for me............. just can't do that... you better ask me to die

Doctor:Take more of fruits and vegetables too

User:Already crossed 60.......... desire to live only another 5 to 10 years.......... so let me live with rice
