User:My wife is a diabetic patient....
User:I am keen to know can I get a list of food items with their respective sugar content
Doctor:There are no fixed quantity of sugar for any particular food. It is measured in mainly measured in terms of calories and percentage of carbohydrate, protein, fats, mineral and vitamins.
User:Oh I see
Doctor:Though it is difficult to give you a precise list of this proportion of all food items, a nutritionist who specialises with regards to food and diet
Doctor:can be able to give you a list of low sugar diet.
Doctor:That though would be in proportion and not absolute measurement.
User:I am not keen on getting a Diet chart
User:because that does not allow flexibility
