Doctor :   Diabetes can induce peripheral neuropathies which refers to peripheral nerves dysfunctions.
Doctor :   They can be responsible for the burning sensation.
Doctor :   The other possible cause for these condition may be restlessleg syndrome which is usually a much severe condition.
Doctor :   These are conditions which can be treated with medical drugs and proper diabetic control.
User :   is there any other possibilities??
Doctor :   Based on the brief clinical history, these are the two possible conditions that may be causing these symptoms.
Doctor :   An examination and evaluation may be able to point out the possibilities of other conditions,.
User :   i forgot to add that he also has shaking in his hands and head
Doctor :   They can be age related tremors known as essential tremors or part of the neuropathy itself.
Doctor :   Have you followed with what I am saying?
Doctor :   The evaluation may be necessary if the simple treatment such the drugs that he is presently on fails to provide him relief from his complaints.
User :   yes i have followed wat u said. how much muscular tension in the head would be a factor
Doctor :   I would not consider the muscular tension, but as I mentioned there can be pyschological factors such as stressors, improper dietary habbits, irregular sleep habbits which may be contributing to these symptoms.
Doctor :   Yes, it is quite early to say that there can be factor of parkinsonism too.
Doctor :   But these conditions would need further evaluations to be considered as the possible cause.
Doctor :   Are you there?
