User :   Hi,
User :   This is his wife, he awoke this morning and went to bed last night with a swollen testicle

User :   he says there's no pain associated, but it appears very red (skin color)

User :   He's 67, diabetic,

User :   It is swpllem amd there is a bit of pain when I squeze it.

User :   No not at all.
Doctor :   from when do you have this redness and swelling of testicle

User :   I first noticd it yesterday morning and it has increased somewhat is size since then, I think.
Doctor :   is both the testicles are swollen or only one?

User :   Only the right one is swollenm it is about 4 or 5 times the size of the left one.

Doctor :   your are suffering from diabetes since when and what is the present status of the blood glucose level
User :   I've had diabeted about 33 years and my current A1C is 5.8. My blood sugar has been under good control although my BUN was a bit high last time and my doctor suggested that I reduce my protene intake. I saw a kidney specialist and she said that I'm doing well and have about 50% kidney function and should not be concerned about dialisys. I have my latest lab report if you have any questions?
