User :   Gross Examination: Received multiple irregular tissue bits, largest measuring 0.8cm. All bits are firm to hard and appear fibrotic and calcified.
User :   Microscopic Examination: H&E stained serial sections from the tissue fragments show fibrotic tissue, calcified areas and adipose tissue. A foreign body type of reaction is indicated by the presence of occasional multinucleate giant cells and mononuclear cells. No well formed granulomas are seen. A single tissue fragment shows loose, oedematous myxoid areas with spindled to plump nuclei containing vesicular chromatin
