User :   Hi . My son XXXXXXXX has got some "daane" on his face..
Doctor :   ok
User :   not sure if I should be going to a pediatric for the same.
Doctor :   could you pls describe which part of the face has the rashes/ what they look like?
User :   they are not painful, red in color and are on his cheeks

Doctor :   how old is your son?
User :   he is 22 months
Doctor :   are they present on any other part of his body?
User :   this problem is since last one only on his cheeks
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   how did this start? did he have a fever..
Doctor :   has it increased/ decreased?
User :   No fever. We guess..that this might be due to some sort of infection--either because he rubbed something on his face--maybe a dust allergy or something
Doctor :   ok- does he scratch his face
User :   it is constant since last 4 days
Doctor :   or does he seem to be uncomfortable if you touch it
Doctor :   are the rashes like patches/ seprate
User : pain..neither we thing that he has any itching as we don't see him rubbing the cheeks often
Doctor :   do they cover his entire cheeks/ both sides or only one side?
User :   it's if they are like mosquito bites

User :   yes..entire cheek -- both sides

Doctor :   is he active/ feeding well?
User :   fine. very active

User :   yes..feeding well
Doctor :   If it looks like your son might have a sort of dermatitis
Doctor :   as it is not spreading/ he seems comfortable you can wait for now
Doctor :   have you applied any medication/ house hold remedy for it?
User :   oh..any cream you suggest
Doctor :   Is your child completely immunised?
User :   we just tried --without any effect
Doctor :   ok
User :   yes..we've been giving him regular vaccination
Doctor :   Dont apply anything
User :   oh..ok we'll stop applying anything then
Doctor :   make sure he does not scratch his face
Doctor :   he does not have any fever/ cold?
User :   ok. we'll cut the nails as well
User :   no. he's absolutely fine
Doctor :   its common for everyone to be
Doctor :   very concerned about any prob their child has
Doctor :   As long as the child is comfortable
Doctor :   active and feeding well
Doctor :   there is no reason to worry
User :   ok. Thanks v much for your advice. I'll keep this in mind
Doctor :   Make sure he has plenty of fluids
Doctor :   and dodnt use any normwl soap to wash his face
User :   sure
Doctor :   Babies usually have more sensitive skin
Doctor :   so use mild baby soaps only
User :   fine. we'll keep this in mind
Doctor :   The rashes should subside on their own in a few days
