Depression without proper reason - Online Doctor Chats

User :   29 yr old male , I have been experiencing "off balance" feeling in the brain,but walking normal , constant fautige ,sleep 10-12 hrs a day, pulsing right temple ,colored blurred spots in vision, pressure on top of the back of the head like compressing on my spine , constant anxiety,full blown panic attacks 2 resulted in trips to the E.R. , feels like pressure in both my ears , low volume ringing almost constant ,alternating, sometimes at the same time , dull pain at times in the upper left chest just under the rib cage ,used to lift weights every day now can not even go to the gym as i get panic attacks dizzy feeling like i am going to pass out and lightheaded problems focusing , detached from reality ,surreal feelings ,remembering problems , dull pain in the base of my skull like there is something there that should not be I believe c1-c2 vertebre ,only getting relief from laying down at times that does not help Eyes are constantly dry tired feeling , currently I take diazepam 4 mg 2 x times a day sometimes more depends on how I feel . these symptoms used to include a chronic brain fog , but since I had an infected tooth removed and currently going to acupuncture the fog has subsided , symptoms are intermitten as far as severity of the discomfort, so far i had 2 x M.R.I,'s 1 with contrast inspected by GP,ENT

User :   about 2 yrs they came on gradually and then one day it went full blown and has not left since that day was about 1 yr ago i used to be able to tolerate it but now i can not

User :   they came on all of a sudden no real reason at all i did fail to mention that i did have cirrosis of the liver as well but that is gone

User :   yes but quit drinking about a year ago

User :   he is at a loss he thinks its anxiety related but there are too many physical symptoms the diazepam does help but pretty much makes me worthless
