Doctor :   Hi
User :   I do have a problem with my teeth
Doctor :   What problem?
User :   One of my wisdom teeth has come out recently and a pocket has formed
Doctor :   May i know your age?
Doctor :   Is it erupting?
User :   when i eat something, something gets struck in that
Doctor :   Or has erupted?
User :   and i get some puss/blood
User :   I has erupted fully
User :   and my age is 26
Doctor :   Is there any pain, itching or discharge?
User :   I have consulted a dentist and she said it needs to be extracted
Doctor :   When did the pus and blood come out?
User :   Some pain do come at times
User :   daily
User :   some pus/blood comes
User :   I do want to know if there is any other alternative solution
User :   to this
User :   instead of extraction
Doctor :   If pus and blood is present it surely suggests an infection and needs antibiotics and medications to cure it.
User :   Yes. I have taken some antibiotics
Doctor :   It has to be properly examined and also may require X ray to see the location and position.
User :   before
Doctor :   For how long did you take antibiotics?
User :   it was a 5 day course and the pain and infection subsided
User :   but later after 2-3 weeks its back to normal
Doctor :   Bt again it flared up?
User :   yes. there is some inflammation also
User :   I can clearly see the pocket also
User :   ina mirror
Doctor :   If it is not being cured up by antibiotics then surgery is the treatment left though after proper examination only it can be commented.
Doctor :   But if it is not extracted the infection may spread in the oral cavity
User :   Ok. but I just wanted to know if it cannot be cured, is dental extraction the only solution?
Doctor :   Its better to get extracted and it would not affect your normal chewing movements in anyways.
Doctor :   Also if right now you leave it again after sometime it may again cause problems.
User :   ok. Thank you very much.
User :   Thats all i wanted to know.
Doctor :   And infection would come again.
Doctor :   Is there anything else you would like to know?
User :   Nothing. Thank you.
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me, bye for now.
